All clients will have 4 hours before their appointment to cancel without being charged a fee. I charge a 80% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 4 hours of appointments. As of January 1st 2023 there will be zero tolerance for any cancellation for any reason other than emergencies. Also, clients have 10minutes after scheduled time before appointment is automatically canceled and charged an 80% fee. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and there are no exceptions. (4 hour period is for nail services only) ( for hair services clients are required to give the stylist 24 hours before their appointment)
